The La Sella Spa is located in the 5 star Hotel in Denia, the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf&Spa Resort, near the cosmopolitan city of Denia on the Costa Blanca. The spa is located in the magnificent surroundings of Montgó Natural Park, an area of exceptional natural beauty.

For a complete training programme, we provide you with all our technical and human resources, which includes a beforehand body analysis and fitness consultancy. And, if you want, we will provide you with a personal trainer who will assess and help you during your first steps for a healthier you.

If you are looking for some personalised attention, then look no further. Our personal trainer will design and monitor your progress, encouraging you and helping you to reach your goals. A guardian angel for your health.
Body and mind in shape
As well as the exercising machines, our monitors are in charge of the “Body and Mind” room, where we offer a monthly programme of instructed classes designed to make exercise fun and light hearted.
The sensorial showers from “Spa Experience” Circuit are not working. We estimate to have it available very soon.
Access to Spa Experience and Gym only from 16years
Spa Experience not allowed in case of pregnancy and certain disabilities. Please check with the Spa reception prior to your reservation. For hygienic reasons the wearing of bathing cap and bathing wear is mandatory for the use of the spa pool. The use of the Gym only with training clothes/shoes. No street wear allowed.
